I'm a bass player looking for guitar and drums for a start up band of some kind. Reggae, blues, old country, 80's new wave. I'm up for just about anything. I'm an older guy (50s) and have been practicing bass for about five years now. I'm looking to start or join a band to play with and learn from others with similar musical tastes and work together towards a gigging band.I have a regular job, reliable transportation, good equipment and the means to get better equipment as needed. *You should be the same.*

Musical Influences & Inspiration

I love old school reggae like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Gregory Isaacs; contemporary reggae like Damian Marley, Stephen Marley and groups like Stick Figure and Slightly Stoopid. I'm an 80's guy and really enjoy post-punk new wave like The Police, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Cure, etc. Lately I've been listening to a lot of instrumental groups like Tycho, Khruangbin and Naxatras. Practicing bass has opened me up to musical genres I've never really liked before, like old country (Johnny Cash!) and blues.
