Wanted: Lead Guitar for classic rock band. Seasoned musician who knows Cream, Clapton, Srv, etc. This is not a career or a gig every week. We like to gig 12-18 times/yr. This is a band that wants to have Fun when we play. We all smoke, drink(no alcoholics or hard drugs please), party. No attitudes or head cases. Band members all 50+ in age. Lead singer, Rhythm guitar, Bass and Drums. Our original Lead player passed from Cancer. No website, no agent, just a bunch of old stallis guys having a great time. Need someone who can seamlessly drop in. Our set list consists of Cream(Sunshine of your love, Crossroads Whiteroom, Badge), Beatles(Get Back, Bulldog, Ussr, Come Together,), Santana(Black magic Woman, Srv(Pride and Joy), Elvis(Little Sister),Yardbirds(For > your love), Balloon Farm (Question of temperature). Zombies (Spooky), >Lennon(cold turkey),Neil Young(Rockin in the free world, Cinnamon > Girl), Doors (Love me 2X), Spirit(Gotta line on you), Free(All right > now), George T(I drink alone) Hendrix(Hey Joe, Fire), Trower(Day of the Eagle, Bridge of Sighs), Classic 4(Spooky) Etc> We practice once a week in West Allis.
