I grew up on a tobacco and dairy farm in Kentucky and moved to New Jersey after college. I've been an actor since 1972 and have done a lot of performing, including regional theatre, off-off Broadway theatre, independent film & Tv. I started writing songs a few years ago influenced largely by the music I grew up listening to. I have a broad spectrum of musical tastes but lean heavily toward folk, traditional and neo-traditional country, Americana and Celtic. I'm thinking in terms of a trio/quartet situation but am open to others. I would like to develop original material as well as covers and am open to a songwriting collaboration.
