Hi my name is Dave ,I am a country songwriter who recently made a huge contact with a well known name in the music business . His name is Joe Vitale . Vitale played drums with the Eagles , he also he also played keyboards and wrote numerous songs for Crosby , Stills and Nash . He also co wrote Rocky Mountain way with Joe Walsh . He heard my original songs thru an old producer of mine and firmly believes I have hit songs . Vitale is now producing and playing on all my new songs along with other professional studio musicians . Vitale has been shopping my songs and we have been getting interest from the likes of Toby Keith , the Eagles , Vince Gill and Jimmy Buffett . What I am looking to do is put together a top notch country band consisting of a unique sounding country frontman ,a lead guitarist , bass player , drummer, keyboardist and me on rhythm guitar and backing vocals . Backup vocals are a plus if you can do them . I am looking to play big venues, festivals , opening acts for larger nationally signed acts around Florida ,and then fly up to Nashville once a month to play Friday , Saturday and Sundays . Vitale has a lot of contacts in Nashville and is a producer for a record label called superstar records in Nashville and is also a major studio musician in Nashville so with the help of Vitale , showcases for record labels would be a strong possibility My main goal is one thing , A Record Deal . I am looking to play gigs 4-5 nights a week , doing both covers and originals to start. I am looking for only professional musicians who basically want to pursue to music as a Career.
