I write music relative to rock, hardcore/post-HC, punk, metal, and pop. Tons of songs written and ready to go, just need creative and COMMITTED artists to complete the soundscape. Practice space is also in the cards, which you'd need to be available at least once a week for. When we have a 20-25 minute set, I can reach out to other bands about getting us in as an opener and awaken these dreams to a reality.

Looking for a bassist. We are "Acoustic Roots." Debby Daff-Siggins: Lead vocals and guitar, Randy Gordon: Guitar and vocals, and Doug Abbot: Drums. Looking for someone who has experience playing songs from the following female singer-songwriters: Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Brandi Carlile, Stevie Nicks-Christine McVie, Maren Morris, Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeschi, Lucinda Williams, etc... Contact me for links. One video is me playing some blues with Lee Stetson, Steve Camilleri and Al Marnie. The other is an example of my "style", if I have one :). Five minutes of improvising over the outro of Tedeschi-Trucks "Misunderstood." One of the few solos/songs he plays without a slide. Either way, he's the best there is. What you get is my best attempt at keeping it interesting and melodic for five minutes with a little rhythm break about half way through.

I love all kinds of music mostly enjoy singing acoustic blues, Americana, Country rock and Reggae. I love artists like Keb 'Mo, Taj Mahal, Lucinda Williams, Allman Bros., acoustic Stones, Madeline Peyroux, Willie Nelson, Patsy Cline, Neil Young, Eagles, The Band, Casey Musgraves, Dylan, and many more. I love to take cover songs and standards, re-work and re-arrange them to make them sound more fresh and interesting. I drummed for Robbin Thompson in the 70's. Robbin was Bruce Springsteen's lead singer in one of his early bands named Steel Mill. We opened for BB King, Delbert McClinton, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Night Hawks, Joe Bonamassa, Charlie Sexton, etc. I have played for numerous blues, and top 40's bands. I just recently moved to Sarasota. I really have an interest in playing with bands that do original material.
