Bass Guitar Recently retired and decided to learn Bass. Finding I really enjoy it, even on the frustrating days. Just looking to see if anyone else out there willing to jam and have the patience while an old dog learns new tricks.

Piano Looking to get involved in the music scene here - bands, smaller ensembles, weddings, bars - whatever! Very open minded about musical styles - classically trained, yet can sing any style. (Ok, maybe not metal - but I respect it!) Former high school choir director from Boston switching over to the performing world in Dc. I love to collaborate and get creative. Very professional and enthusiastic.
Other Percussion I play Congas, bongo, cajon and electronic drum. I performed for over 15 years, different styles, such as, latin, pop, rock, bossa nova and reggae.
Bass Guitar Started a metal band called Axes Down! We are working on an album and we are layed back. Were just having fun but serious. We just need a drummer.

Rhythm Guitar I'm a self taught guitarist with about 30 years of playing experience and have played in a wide range of bands. I've won a number of guitar solo contest and have a made it as a finalist twice in Guitar Center's old annual contest but in band environments I'm a team player. I don't play too much or too loud and focus on what makes the band sound the best. I'm drug free and do not have any obligations or distractions that would prevent me from touring 100%.
