One of the most popular local bands is The Rust Belt Ringers, a roots rock band that has been playing together for over 20 years. The Ringers have toured all over the country and have released three albums. They are known for their high-energy live shows and their catchy songs.

Another popular local band is The Barnburners, a bluegrass band that has been playing together for over 10 years. The Barnburners have released two albums and have toured all over the East Coast. They are known for their tight harmonies and their energetic live shows.

In addition to these two bands, there are many other talented musicians and groups in the McDonald area. There are several local bars and restaurants that host live music, and there are also a number of festivals and events that feature local musicians.
