I'm trying to put a band together that will perform only pure soulful gospel/inspirational music (Donnie McClurkin, Smokie Norful). I sing and write but another singer/songwriter or two, or even some rap (more like Shai Linne than Lacrae), male or female would be ideal. I would like to find songwriters who are socially conscious and not afraid to talk about the issues affecting our world. I would say my singing is average but with my passion for music and for serving God thru music, if I could find a few singer/songwriters who are above average to stellar, and we work together, it would be Awesome!
