We are a group of three musicians - two guitarists, one drummer - in search of a bass player to complete our line-up. We mostly do covers with some originals, most of which are rock oriented (some R&B). We are heavily inspired by the greats of the past which is reflected in our song choices - Beatles, Stones, Bowie, Rush, Van Halen, STP, Foo Fighters and many, many others. On the R&B side, we've done some Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Cee-Lo, Sharon Jones and have rocked up some old school rap songs in addition. Our originals tend to lean into more 90's style Alt-Rock (absolutely hoping to expand and grow in this area). We've all been playing for a long time (30+ years for each of us). We consider ourselves advanced players, but we've never played professionally (we all have day jobs). As a group, we have been playing together on and off for roughly 10 years (the pandemic shut us down for a bit). After all this time together, our goal has remained the same - become better musicians, use our space as a healthy environment where we can create music, decompress, and most importantly, have fun. There is no serious gigging, touring or recording, although we want to play more local gigs around the LA area than what we've been doing in the past, and get ourselves recorded at some point. This is a labor of love for us, and we are searching for a like-minded bass player who is interested in jamming, playing gigs and collaborating on any ideas (covers and originals) if they want. The most important thing for us has always been to have fun making music.

Musical Influences & Inspiration

Our influences lie heavily in the rock arena but each of us has our specific lane. I'm a Beatles and Stones guy for example, but our drummer is more of the Van Halen, AC/DC type. Our lead singer and guitarist tends to lean more into Al Green and Bruno Mars, although we all love everything and have fun playing everything. Some specific influences include - Beatles, Stones, The Who, Hendrix, Bowie, Zepplin, Halen, Rush, AC/DC, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Stevie Wonder, Al Green, STP, Green Day etc... So many more to list. We would love any person playing with us to bring their own influences into the fold. That's the fun part.

Gear & Equipment

We all have our own equipment. We do have a bass amp in our rehearsal space, but I would hesitate to call it a quality amp. It gets the job done and is there to use if needed for those who don't want to lug their equipment back and forth, but always recommended for those interested to bring their own equipment to play.
