Originally inspired by the Beatles as many are; I began playing drums in 1978. I began playing professionally at the age of 15 in Long Island, NY up until relocating to Jacksonville in 2001. I can also provide backing vocals. Performing music is in my blood and it has never left me. Any music that frees my soul and gives me the VHF (Vertical Hair Factor) is what drives me to love what I do. I've even played with a very successful club band playing covers in the most prominent clubs throughout Long Island, NY/NJ/CT. I've also played with a really good and diverse wedding band, which featured playing Italian contemporary music. That was not only interesting but a lot of fun.

Musical Influences & Inspiration

Progressive: Rush, Led Zeppelin, Yes, Genesis, Styx/Gowan, Triumph. Classic/Hard: AC-DC, Def Leppard, Scorpions, Ozzy/Black Sabbath/Dio, Stone Temple Pilots, Whitesnake, Enuff Z'nuff, Aerosmith, Poison, Journey, Eagles, Giant, et al. I also love Pop Rock from the late '70s up until '10s.

Gear & Equipment

I currently have an electronic kit (the sound is phenomenal!) but I am also picking up an acoustic set soon, as well. I run the electronic kit through a Yamaha PA system. I use Zildjian and Sabian cymbals, Promark sticks. Shure headset mic.
