Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Chapel Hill, Nc, is a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (Cbf) Church seeking a ministry team member whose primary focus will be on strengthening our contemporary worship. There are distinct focus areas for each team member on our ministry staff, but the position requirements and job description may be tailored to the candidate who is called. This is so that we can build our ministry team based on complementary strengths, since we are simultaneously seeking a Children’s Ministry associate. This team member will lead the band and other relevant teams (sound, media, etc.) in providing music for our growing contemporary worship service. A more detailed description of relevant duties, expectations, and requirements exists and is provided to candidates in advance of interviews. Beyond this focus area, this minister's personal gifts and passions will play a big part in influencing the formation of a more detailed role.
