Rhythm Guitar
I'm a lead singer/songwriter and acoustic & electric rhythm guitarist with decades of professional experience spanning original rock bands to small group and solo performances. My influences spring from my Irish & Scottish Celtic roots (parents were immigrants) through my upbringing as a surfer & Zep-head rocker in SoCal, my decade in a signed New York City original band in the 80s, and my world travels across 4 continents and many countries. I relocated to NorCal in 2015 originally to Mendocino County where I had vineyards, and then to Sacramento in 2023 after I met my lady. I've jammed in many Blues Rock/Classic Rock cover bands and had a popular Led Zep tribute band in L.A. in the early 90s. It would be great to meet some top notch musicians who are down to earth and not concerned about making a living with music. I don't care what venues will pay for an a*********' Blues Rock/Classic Rock cover band as long as the players all have the Soul & the Chops to really groove and improvise. I like to make covers our own, not worry about playing songs like the record. Those bands are a dime-a-dozen and they never sound like the record anyway, even if they do inside their own heads...haha. I apologize in advance but I have no time for old-man drama or overblown egos please. I'm not interested in playing the casino circuit or in a tribute band, variety band, or run-of-the-mill cover band. Just looking for top notch talent, pro-level musicians with passion, soul, feel, and chops, who can venture out into jamming dynamic, groovin' rock genres, including originals, and making every cover song our own by being creative and original. This is probably a unicorn, but I'm here if you wanna talk about it. Cheers, Sen
