I've been playing drums off and on for over 20 years but due to constant apartment living was forced to also take up guitar and bass. I've played a couple of gigs and have bits and pieces of riffs recorded but nothing final. I do not have a feasible practice space right now, just enough for me to practice/record on my E-kit. I live and work full time (M-F til 4p) in Milwaukie so weekends/evenings are best for me to practice/jam/record/whatever. I do have a family but can find time to jam. Established Joni Mitchell Tribute Band seeks co-lead/background vocalist. Skilled with instrument a bonus (rhythm guitar/keys/sax.) Portland, Oregon based. We are all professionals, and seek same. Current quintet seeks additional members for full/part-time participation, depending upon size of venue and gig. We consist of co-lead vocalist/keyboards, co-lead vocalist/rhythm guitar (both female,) electric lead guitar, electric bass, drums & percussion. We have our own secure, dedicated rehearsal space, with P.A. and full band setup.

I've been singing for about 15 years now. Played cello for 8 years, can play some piano & guitar, and WANT TO LEARN bass guitar/drums very bad! In choir and orchestra all throughout school, winning multiple championships. I've been in over 25 productions, and was the national anthem singer for Oregon State Wrestling competition at the Moda Center and for the National Dog Association Competition at the Oregon Convention Center. I sing everything but my favs are jazz, musical theater, pop, and r&b! I want to get better at jazz improv, and my ultimate dream would be singing gigs with a jazz band. Also heavily interested in exploring latin music! I sing for fun on insta at sselvasings

One of the most popular venues for live music in Carson is the Blue Moose Bar and Grill. The Blue Moose hosts a variety of live acts, from local bands to national touring acts. The bar also has a full bar and menu, making it a great place to enjoy a night out with friends.
Another popular venue for live music is the Eagles Nest Saloon. The Eagles Nest is a more laid-back venue that features a mix of local and regional bands. The saloon also has a full bar and menu, as well as a dance floor.
