William Fred Winston Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist William Fred Winston is an Oklahoma-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist based in Nashville, TN, known for his traditional 90s country sound. Drawing inspiration from icons such as Merle Haggard, George Strait, and George Jones, he delivers soulful vocals and guitar-driven country music that reflects both his small-town roots and his Nashville experience. He began playing guitar at 13 and joined his first band at 17, honing his craft in small bars across Tulsa and neighboring towns. After moving to Nashville, he became a regular at writers nights, open mic events, advanced in the talent competition Nashville Star, and earned recognition from Country Weekly Magazine for his authentic country style and standout performances. He now fronts his band, The Stable Boys, performing for events and dancehalls around the Nashville area. Recently he performed for a standing-room-only crowd at a Oklahoma Casino. Winston is currently in the midst of releasing his debut self-titled album, William Fred Winston, further highlighting his authentic country sound. Currently I am looking for band members to play local and traveling gigs for this new project. Drums, Bass, Steel Guitar & Lead/Rythym Guitar.
