I am an 18 year old singer and beginner bassist who is looking for people to play with. I am hoping to find a band, or people that want to start one with me. I am home from college for the summer and will be in the Olympia area until the end of August, then I will be in Florida. I will be back in January and will also be back in Washington for good. Singing is my number one, but playing the bass has also become therapy for me, and I don't mind being a background vocal, as long as I can occasionally lead sing as well.

Musical Influences & Inspiration

The first artist that I listened to that I can recall from when I was five is Taylor Swift, which made me want to sing in the first place. I compare my vocal range to artists like Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, and Katie Perry and I compare the projection of my voice to artists like Adele, Lady Gaga and Carrie Underwood. I started playing the bass because I wanted to learn the guitar, but it frustrated me with my small hands, so I switched to the bass and fell in love with it. I think my passion to learn a string instrument came from listening to songs with memorable solos like Sweet Child O' Mine and watching The Dirt (the movie about Motley Crue).
