I do co-PR for the definitive longest-running Hendrix show seeking a flashy bassist/background singer, age 50-70+. Looking for a bassist who can look like Noel Redding BUT plays like a Billy Sheehan/Flea type, meaning someone who knows the fretboard, can rock out & funk out when needed & can keep a steady bottom, drug free, looks like a rocker & is sane. Unlike ANY OTHER Hendrix show, this is a HIGHLY musically progressive concept with Jimi's music, while retaining the high-energy level & SOUND of the original Jimi Hendrix Experience (1966-69). The live videos, studio sound, celebrity reviews & credentials of the show's Hendrix performer speaks for itself~!! We would prefer someone who is looking for this to be their 'vehicle' rather than just a mercenary. Serious replies from the NYC/LI/NJ/PA Areas ONLY~!!!!
