I've been in bands since I was 12 years old; played all kinds of music. I learned to improvise by listening to rock guitar licks. In high school a tutor advised me to read Shakespear and play Bach Sonatas. When I had finished all of both of those, then try jazz. Wow! Bee Bop came so easy then. I have formal education in music as well. I would like to play in a jazz combo, or classic rock group. Also, I have experience in Latin, Tex-Mex, and other odd genres.

My name is Marley Taylor I song write and rap a bit. My long history in music started as a child singing and playing Viola with some gasp in my young adult life as I tried various other things, guitar, theatre, etc. I am looking for driven partners in music serious enough about it to get a recording done of decent quality, and a little bit of performance will be nice too. 20s to 30s age range. Right now specifically one collab partner ( a female singer or rapper) for a duet or feature I'm thinking a R&B/hip-hop club jam. Although I'm very interested in reggae and jazz as well. I'm also interested in collaborating with producers/mixers and engineers anyone 'high novice' or intermediate is okay. I don't need a master or someone who thinks that they're better than everyone. I believe a professional is anyone who gets paid to do their music. Most of us aren't Rich doing but doing it as a side thing. My song is attached in the next box.
