Hey thereI'm starting a new fantasy/folk-inspired metal band here in Portland and looking for like-minded musicians to join the lineup. The concept is rooted in epic fantasy, dwarven mythology, and cinematic storytelling, with a sound inspired by bands like Amon Amarth, Wind Rose, Blind Guardian, Ensiferum, and others in the folk, black, and power metal space. Ill be handling vocalsboth clean and harshand I'm building this project from the ground up. Im serious about the vision and looking for people who are passionate, reliable, and excited about creating something immersive and heavy. Looking for: Lead Guitar Rhythm Guitar Bass Drums Keys/Synth Possibly a female vocalist (clean or harsh) Open to folk instrumentalists too (flute, fiddle, war drums, hurdy-gurdy, etc.) The goal is to create original music, rehearse locally, play live shows, and eventually record. Ive already started working on the lore and themes, and want to collaborate with people who enjoy that kind of creative depth.
