Established working coverband Electric X is currently seeking a pro level Female singer to complete our band. We are a dance/party band that plays everything from the Beatles, Earth wind and fire and Diana Ross to Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and Beyonce. We have been together for seven years and we are all about getting people dancing and keeping them there. We have gigged regularly (anywhere from 2 to 5 gigs a month) at the top spots around the bay area (Number 1 Broadway, Saint James gate, Maggie McGarry's etc) as well as weddings, private parties and corporate events. . We all have day jobs but take this band and our success with it seriously. We are there to perform for our audience, not just play. That said we are a fun easy going group of people and we really enjoy doing this and hope to go bigger and better with the right lineup. We consider our band a family and we split all money earned equally regardless of band role/job. What we need in a second female lead vocalist is a willingness to learn and know the parts for both lead and harmonies. Someone that is comfortable with learning some choreography and knows how to work the crowd. Be a team player and help us build this into something more. We are looking for someone that wants to put their all into this project and not just be a hired gun looking for the next pay day/gig.
