Ideally I would fit best with a trio/quartet singing jazz standards. I'm a big Nina Simone and Frank Sinatra fan and would love to sing covers of their tunes in a performative or living room setting. Mainly I would just love to gather around a piano with fellow musicians and enjoy the process without being too goal-oriented. It would be great to play out, of course, but for me it is about the process -- it is about the music.

Been playing guitar most of my life, coast to coast. Bass for a while. I love the real thing. I can't tell you what it is, but I know it when I see it, or feel it, or hear it, or live it. It usually comes out of nowhere, a few merciful minutes to interrupt the dull, merciless tick of the life clock, then disappears as quickly as it came, leaving me desperate to consume anything or anyone to bring it back.
