I've won a number of guitar solo contest and have a made it as a finalist twice in Guitar Center's old annual contest but in band environments I'm a team player. I don't play too much or too loud and focus on what makes the band sound the best. I'm drug free and do not have any obligations or distractions that would prevent me from touring 100%.

One of the most popular local bands is The Shakedown. This high-energy rock group has been playing in the area for over 20 years and has a loyal following of fans. The Shakedown's music is a mix of classic rock and blues, with a dash of Southern rock thrown in for good measure.

Another popular local band is The Love Monkeys. This blues-rock group has been playing in the area for over 10 years and has a reputation for putting on a great show. The Love Monkeys' music is a mix of blues, rock, and soul, with a dash of funk thrown in for good measure.
