My current long-term band is ending this year. I play for the thrill of making great music with a band of like-minded players. Its all about having fun! Im not interested in tribute or exact cover projects. I appreciate a bit of musical freedom. Ive enjoyed the creative challenge of being the only melody instrument in a band, covering keyboard and horn parts as the tune demands. My solos are rarely note-for note, but certainly honor the intent of the song.

Im a lover of groove-based, soulful music. My bands are always well-rehearsed, with a professional presentation. I love New Orleans grooves, or any music that is soulful, funky, upbeat, rockin and accessible to audiences.
