I'm a multi-instrumentalist/singer who has been playing music in different musical projects since high school. Guitar is my main instrument and I also play bass, keys, and drums. I studied classical piano as a wee lad, moved to guitar/bass in my mid-teens, and have been involved in performing music in some way or another for over 40 years. I sing lead and backups, write songs, and I'm an audio engineer/producer. Currently I mostly do solo acoustic gigs. Im not looking to join a band but would be interested in doing sub work on either guitar or bass if you have an upcoming gig and you are in need of a guitarist or bassist to fill in. Only ask I get a songlist and a few weeks time to prepare beforehand.
Musical Influences & Inspiration
For guitar I'm not a shredder and mainly influenced by the 70s British Stratocaster rockers like Clapton, Beck, Knopfler, Gilmour, and Trower. Hendrix and SRV for American guitar influences. For bass I'm influenced by McCartney and Mike Mills. Vocally I'm more of a traditional blue-eyed soul/blues singer.
