I play acoustic guitar. I'm not very experienced at playing with others. Looking for a friend to work on songs with, a duo, trio or band. Covers and maybe collaborate on originals.

Musical Influences & Inspiration

If you're tired of "wanting" to play some music and ready to actually PLAY some music, then I may be your guy. I wanted to form a band, but I haven't been able to manage to get one person to show up and play, much less 4 or 5. Inspirations would be a long list, but here's some of my favorites: Ben Harper, Stones, grunge rock, classic rock, outlaw country, sweet old country and rock ballads, Joplin, Hendrix, Zeppelin..... I would like to take turns singing the lead, share in song choices, we do the ones you bring and the ones I bring. Practice independently then get together and practice some more. I'd be interested in getting a set together and taking it to the streets, so to speak. I have a local musician friend that we could open for just to try it out, but that comes after some song polishing, etc.
