I'm an acoustic and electric guitar player, both rhythm and lead on both instruments. I also sing lead and back up and am intermediate on the mandolin. I'm always looking for interesting opportunities, but right now I'm looking for other band members for my original acoustic/electric folk-rock band, particularly a drummer than can play tasty stuff with a few changes.

Musical Influences & Inspiration

This is a long list, so the short answer is "yes". I grew up playing classical music/Suzuki then transitioned to guitar and dove into classic rock, mostly British invasion stuff. Then had a long foray into bluegrass and pickin, and also got into telecaster and alt-country. Now I do a combo of folk-rock, jam, rock, and singer songwriter. I write and do vocal arrangements. I like good lyrics and interesting changes, both tempo and time. My favorite thing to do is original music or covers everyone knows played in a unique way.
