Hey There, my name is Rey Borrego and I played in a nu metal band in my college years but wife, work and kids set me on a 20 year hiatus . I recently reignited the passion I have for creating music, I love all things metal but really a lover of all music ..Dad was a musician in his days so I am self taught and old school, don t know theory or terminology but have a great ear and talent for phrasing and composing riffs .. I have a small home recording station nothing professional but all my gear is pro level, 6-7 string guitars Schecters, Ibanez and Jacksons looking not only to start or join a band and record originals and maybe a few covers but the comradery of great friends having a blast making music.
