I play 20 instruments and sing and am a professional stand up comic plus a photographer and artist. Have been performing since age 6 and started doing gigs by 11 and currently am retired but am always looking still to perform and try to donate money to good causes or help the homeless. My musical background consists of a lot of trail and error so basically I'm self taught and honestly don't know how to read music but can just hear it maybe twice and pick up on how it goes. I make all my own midis and literally can sound like a six to eight piece band. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing people smile knowing they're having a good time and if I sing a bad song then i'll follow it up with a good joke. Billy Joel's "piano man" describes exactly who I am and always will be. Everything done here is done from the heart and my wanting to make others happy. Right now I'm seeking out more gigs thus more ways to help others who are less fortunate. Music is everything to me and performing a way to captivate and enlighten others in a positive way!

Bassist looking for trio or quartet (including a drummer capable with brushes), to perform ballads and similar jazz standards from the real book in public or private settings, with elegance and feeling (think Modern Jazz Quartet). I play double bass (preferred) and also electric bass, and have experience playing out. Joining an existing combo would be easier than starting one. Of course, willing to travel (a limited radius from Bradenton to Port Charlotte (generally)). I have practice space, if necessary. I am 60's and a snowbird.
