Hey there I am a youthful 60 professional caliber electric guitarist in the southwest area of Houston. Fit and thin looking, not an old wanna be fat guitarist!! Married, good attitude and easy going! Playing guitar over 25 yrs. Grew up in a musical home where mother was semi pro classical /opera/ church vocalist. I am a serious Christian. Played for several large contemporary churches and currently employed for a contemporary service for last 10 years. I have learned to adapt to the needs of contemporary Christian music, but I am really at home writing and playing Van Halen-ish type music.

Musical Influences & Inspiration

My influences are obviously Evh and Nuno Bettencourt and really like a number of 80's guitarists including Lynch, Stevens and others. I have my own style now, but you can very clearly hear the two main influences in my playing. I have a fantastic drummer and part time pro bassist that are good friends. Good Pa gear for playing out. My main objective is to point people to Christ via selected secular covers ( Extreme, Who, Vh, Aero, etc) that point out the human condition mixed with originals with slightly more overt Christian inferences and just some plain fun tunes. Need a pro level Christian vocalist to write and perform with. Flexibility to play different types of gigs from bar to church that leave the audience thoughtful and going Wow! I am also available should you require this style for your project.
