I'm going to keep this simple, I've played guitar for 9 years, ever since I was nine. I'm 18 at the moment, I play a lot of metalcore and hardcore genres. I'm a chill dude, I don't smoke, nor drink. I like bringing the music and try to play with music. I'm currently looking for bands or musicians who have a practice space and would like to play metalcore. thanks :)

Music chose me. A small town guitar playing kid from Pa who has evolved into an indie singer/songwriting recording artist that now resides in Nyc. From performing countless gigs with various bands to many studio sessions on both sides of the board, experience has been a great teacher. My music is personal, an attempt to be thought provoking and hopefully entertaining. It's a tribute to life, to those that did it before me and do it now, and to anyone that loves music. I cannot say I sound like anyone else. That is subjective and for the listener to decide. I would say that I'm an amalgam of my influences like most musicians. Sinatra, Zappa, Iron Maiden, Shawn Colvin, Les Paul, The Grateful Dead, The Temptations, Willie Nelson, Rage, Miles Davis, Bruce Hornsby, The Misfits, Prince, Steely Dan, and Public Enemy sounded like no one but themselves. I'm not in any way comparing myself to those greats, only that like them, I'm trying to do my own thing and carve out my own little place in the world. There is no escaping music. Music is my escape. It is therapy. It is balance. It is comfort, a joy, and a companion on the path to harmony with the soul. Like any art form, being able to create something that not only brings yourself happiness, but makes an emotional connection with others is a powerful opportunity to enrich humanity. At times a musicians life is a difficult reality to deal with, but a very satisfying challenge and honor that I humbly accept. So I make this journey across soundscapes and musical genres, traveling with instruments and voices as my tools. Rhythm, melody, and stories are my vessels on this amazing adventure. That's why I'm here.

All videos posted are from the band I'm just finishing up with after a 6 year run. Looking to go a little deeper into something original here. Think old time feel good Appalachian/Bluegrass as the base, but with fun harmony, foot stomping hand clapping and with predominantly more modern lyrics, looking for bluegrass instrumentation; banjo (clawhammer players a major plus), mandolin, fiddle, harmonica, upright bass but not at all counting out that other thing you play thought. Would love to experiment with a washboard, maybe throw in an accordion in there for a song or two if you can make that happen, you play kazoo? Dope, we can work that into something. No tambourines, unless its one of the five instruments you play, in which case lets talk. I'm about that multi-instrumentalist life. I write songs well, play guitar and sing well enough to carry a tune with a little character. I like to think I'm being modest but I'd rather under promise and over deliver, so lets go with that for now. I'm also looking for harmony singers or folks who aren't intimidated to try at least, while holding an instrument. I want to get deep into 3 to 5 part harmonies, call and response, row row row your boat layers, doo w**, barbershop-py stuff, lets tell a story with a melody. I don't expect to be Queen by any means, but I want to go for that style of within our capacity and the character of our voices. Lets get a little wonky and ridiculous. Lyrically, I'd like to nerd out a little bit more than the average country song for sure, maybe even be mildly politically motivated. I think there is some room for that. I'm also open to other members personalities and writing styles if you care to write. Would love to have someone else write along or make it a group practice, but not a requirement. Lastly, I want to make people dance when they hear us play. Sure some slow songs, but high energy, upbeat, even if the lyrics are depressing as hell sometimes, nothing like dancing to sad songs.
