Acoustic Guitar | Background Singer
Guitar player tha is open to exploring just about any opportunity to hook up with a start up band, jam band, or others who might like to collaborate on original music. Have good semi-pro/pro gear and am willing to put in time to get tight and polished with similarly minded bandmates. Also have some vocal ability. My home base is eastern Franklin County, Mo. Willing to travel 20 to 30 miles to rehearsal space. My core musical influence is hard rock, 1970s radio is the biggest part of that but I also enjoy a wide variety of genres including alternative country and roots based Americana styles. Was in a cover band for a few years, 20082012, mostly played small clubs for the most part, nothing really huge. Memorable performances are those where goose bumps hit mid-song, everything is in perfect sync and it chills me to the core :') Currently play in a Friday night jam band with long time friends, in a smoke-filled living room somewhere in south St. Louis.

I'm Jeremy. I play Folk, Country, Jazz, and Blues bass, and I'm looking for new opportunities. I'm 45 years old (been playing for 20+) been playing mostly in jams and pickup groups for the last year and now I'm trying to get involved with a working band. Open to existing groups, jam/open mics, and rhythm section work for vocal/instrumentals. I can also read charts and lead sheets, improvise, and have had a little music school. I've got a good attitude, good availability and I'm very easy to work with. I play both upright and electric and have my own transportation.

The Pacific Music Scene

One of the most popular local bands is The Pacifics, a blues-rock group that has been playing together for over 20 years. The band has released four albums and has toured extensively throughout the Midwest. They are known for their high-energy live shows and their tight musicianship.

Another popular local band is The Backyard Band, a country-rock group that has been playing together for over 10 years. The band has released two albums and has toured extensively throughout the Midwest. They are known for their catchy songs and their energetic live shows.

In addition to these two bands, there are many other great local musicians and bands in Pacific, Missouri. There are regular live music events at venues such as The Pacific Bar and Grill, The Backyard Bar and Grill, and The Legion. There is also a local music festival called The Pacific Music Festival, which is held every summer.
