One of the most popular local bands is The Charm City Devils. This blues-rock group has been playing together for over 20 years and has a loyal following in the area. They've released two albums and toured extensively, both nationally and internationally.

Another well-known local act is The Funky Meters. This seven-piece band plays a mix of funk, soul, and R&B. They've been around for over 30 years and have released eight albums. They're a favorite at local festivals and events, and they've also toured extensively.

In addition to these two established bands, there are a number of up-and-coming artists on the Columbia music scene. One such artist is Emily Wolfe. This singer-songwriter has been making waves in the local scene with her unique blend of folk, rock, and blues. She's released two albums and has toured extensively, both nationally and internationally.

Another up-and-coming artist is The New Respects. This soul-rock group has been playing together for over five years and has a growing following in the area. They've released one album and have toured extensively, both nationally and internationally.
