Late 40s drummer with vocal ability. Over 30 years experience in several musical styles including Rock, Pop, Jazz- influenced rock, Rockabilly, Grunge, Americana, etc. Looking for solid original power trio or four-piece. Open to covers as well but not tribute projects. Currently, Local H is a huge influence so musical styles in that genre is preferred. I have a family so schedule needs to be flexible. It's not ideal but it's a fact of life now so need to work around kids activities. If you can respect that, I'll do my very best to be an integral part of your project.

Harmonica • Rhythm Guitar
Mostly an acoustic rhythm guitar player with a percussionist heart, playing songs the way I feel them and bending my voice with my playing. Never the same way twice. My catalog is my version of those songs that mean something to me and some decent originals too. Looking for someone similar to bounce playing back and forth with in real time as enjoy that creativity.

I'm more of a D'arcy Wretzky than a Tal Wilkenfeld, but I will deliver professionalism and preparedness. I also like to have fun. I'm trying to put a band together that plays high energy, grimey, but upbeat songs - like if Eagles of Death Metal played The Rezillos. I can be found on IG at leggz.benedict

The Situation: We are a serious, original grunge band with a high-output track record: * Released: 1 Full Album + 1 EP. * In Progress: A second LP is currently being mixed. * The Sound: Often compared to the heavy sludge of Alice In Chains, the soaring dynamics of Soundgarden, and the rhythmic complexity of Tool. Who We Need: We arent looking for a human metronome or someone to just fill a spot. We want someone with their own identity who can enhance our established sound. You should be comfortable with heavy dynamics, intricate pocket-playing, and driving a big sound. Location & Age: * Age Range: We are looking for someone between the ages of 2127. * The "Suburb Triangle": We are a suburb-based band. Our current members are spread out forming a triangle covering most of the Western and Northwestern suburbs, so anyone living within or near this area would be an ideal match for rehearsals. The Audition Process: 1. Online Phase: We send you a track (with and without drums). Send us back a video of you playing over the drumless version. 2. In-Person Phase: If we vibe, well move to a live rehearsal to run a few more tracks. Interested? Message us with a bit about your background and any links to your playing.
