I've been in a few bands, although they were not as serious as I was, it was still a great experience for me, and it was a fun time! One of those bands headlined at the Chicago House Of Blues! I'm Looking to branch out and start my own thing! I'm very dedicated and reliable. My Lead guitarist and I are looking for a bassist, rhythm guitarist, and vocalist, to cement our lineup! Imagine the scratchiest voice of a combination of any great bluesman + Rod Stewart + John Fogerty + more who sings in the key of the Rolling Stones who wants 2 acoustic guitarists and female back up singers (who will get their own spotlight) to accompany him with a set list of (in no particular order) classic blues, Faces, R. Stewart, Neil Young, Stones, Steppenwolf, Pogues, The Band, Dylan, Buddy Holly, C. Daniels, Creedence, T. Petty, Skynyrd, Country Classics, Outlaw Country, etc. etc. plus 50% original material. Might need additional musicians. Will be inviting multiple friends who have had recording contracts to join in, but we will be the main group. Must like alcohol and smile and fun and memories to last a lifetime. If You're ready to push all of this into the next level then I'm ready to listen no matter how experienced you are. Soul means more than technical acuity.
