I'm a guitarist, vocalist, drummer and multi-instrumentalist with years of experience playing in bands, performing solo and playing live shows. I grew up in the New Jersey music scene and have been involved with music most of my life. I've played lead and rhythm guitar, drums and lead vocals in different projects over the years, with guitar being my primary focus today. My musical taste is all over the map in the best possible way. I grew up listening to bands like Def Leppard, Boston, Bad Company, Foreigner and Journey with my dad, then got heavily into the grunge era before finding metal, death metal and technical metal. Over the years I've also developed an appreciation for blues, jazz, electronic and trance music, along with more atmospheric, meditative and experimental sounds. I'm mostly self-taught and tend to learn by ear and tabs. I'm serious about music and have a pretty high attention to detail. I like a band to sound tight, balanced, in time and in key while still having fun and enjoying the people I'm playing with. I'm not interested in sloppy rehearsals or just making noise for a few hours. I want to play with musicians who care about their craft, come prepared, communicate well and genuinely want the whole band to sound great. I'm looking to connect with experienced local musicians for a serious band or project, primarily in rock, hard rock, metal and related styles, although I'm very open musically. Covers, originals or a combination of both could all be interesting with the right group of people. Ultimately, I'm looking for talented, dependable musicians who want to create something polished, powerful and fun to be part of.
