Seeking musicians ready to play - Some Public, Private and some for Fund Raisers. Guaranteed pay per gig and guaranteed monthly minimums for first 9 months starting in 2018We should: Work well with others, be proficient, and accompany Lead vocalist and / or back up. (Zoned out soloists who don't connect w/others please stay in basements) Musicians need to be rehearsed, prepared, and competent to be able to improvise. Initial Paid Rehearsals.A deep, vast repertoire is a valued advantage and thus worth more $ to me. Mixed genre, eclectic set lists- depends on Venue.Audience pleasers and adaptable / flexible / creative/ Alert/ Able to gig, and have time to gig Band members must: be Audience Aware, Genre Mix-ability, be Equality Minded, Demeanor to work well with variety of humans in a variety of settings, Also be Available, Own/ use a Smart Phone or have access to e-communication technology. (Be reachable, and responsive, communicative, reliable.)"Practice" at home and come ready to group Rehearsals....expect other musicians to do the same.
