I play drums & have sang backing or lead vocals in just about every band I've been in. I have played covers(From Journey to Old 97s) and can play just about any style. I am not a thrash/hardcore type of drummer though. I am seeking a project that is fun to play for everyone and people that come see us. I will not play Gimme 3 Steps, Brown Eyed Girl, All Right now, etc. I am not into that sort of project at all. I like old school punk, rock like Y&T and bands in that style. I also like Yacht Rock and even Neo Soul.

Retired from the road 5 years ago, and I'm BORED! Looking to work with local bands running sound. Most mix from stage because a soundman is just not in the budget. I'm just looking to get out and have some fun! Use your PA , plus I have gear I can throw in as needed.

I'm a singer/songwriter in the vein of Trampled By Turtles or The Avett Brothers. Looking for a folk, bluegrass, indie or folk/bluegrass/indie band to jump in with. I'm 29, been playing and home recording since I was 14. I'm big on string bands and harmonies in that folkie Peter Paul & Mary style, the contemporary equivalent to which I see in bands like Fleet Foxes or Midlake. I'm a strong vocalist and would love to take center with some good pickers but I'd be down for harmonizing from backstage if it makes a pretty sound.

We are Reed Brake, an improvisational roots rock quartet based in Tuscaloosa. Our original songs have elements of folk, bluegrass, country, and psychedelic rock. We pull from a wide range of musical influences, but improvisation is an important element. We have regular local gigs in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, but play regionally as well, into the neighboring states. We are looking for a drummer so we can finalize our Spring '26 gigs. We practice as a full band about once a week. We average 23 gigs a month, but additional private bookings push us to 36 gigs on occasion. If you're interested, we'd love you to come jam with us and see if it's a good fit. Happy to answer any questions you might have, and we've linked our EPK below. Thanks! .reedbrakemusic/press
